Our Yoga Offerings
Owner & Yoga Instructor, Erin De Mille, established Erin Nicole Yoga in 2016. She specializes in corporate wellness, as well as offers private/small group Yoga classes. In 2021, Erin expanded her business with the launch of Erin Nicole Home & Co. an inspired collective that brings the spirit of intentionality beyond your yoga mat and into your home.

I consider myself a passionate entrepreneur & undeniable free spirit. Guided by intuition and relentless ambition, I set out to fulfill my dharma, or life purpose, as a Yoga teacher and intentional living educator. I cultivate meaningful relationships, create memorable experiences and encourage sustainable lifestyle changes for my clients.
I strive to help others find balance with an intentional & natural approach to holistic living that nourishes the body, mind, soul & home. I encourage you to explore a deeper connection to self through yoga and conscious living.

We believe yoga should be accessible and affordable, so we designed a unique offering to do just that! Each month we offer a few opportunities for you to book a semi-private 45-minute yoga session, for well below the industry average per class costs, without an expensive monthly membership. While, our private yoga sessions start at $100, this unique program affords you the same experience and level of attention for less.
Sessions are held in our San Juan Capistrano studio and are limited to two students maximum. All mats and props are provided, so we can assure all gear is properly cleaned and sanitized before and after every use. In this 45-minute session you will explore the healing benefits of mindful movement and a gentle flow restorative yoga practice. Due to the slower pace, and more intimate setting, this class is ideal for beginners, or students who require attention to past injury or current pregnancy.
Mindful Movement classes are offered at different days and times each month to help meet the needs of the community and the varied schedules of each individual. Space is limited and reservations are confirmed on a first come first serve basis. If there is a cancellation, the next person on the waitlist will be contacted.
We appreciate your feedback as we grow this new program in our community, and make attentive and lovingly guided yoga classes accessible.

Erin creates thoughtfully sequenced flows, to inspire intentional breath, mindful movement and soul discovery. Erin's approach to authentic movement is a natural unfolding, which allows the body, mind and soul to naturally harmonize. Her teaching style is compassionate, calm, and deliberate – aimed to create a safe space for expression and exploration. Erin believes in the process of learning to listen and trust yourself on your mat, so you may feel truly free... mind, body and soul.

Private Yoga Session

Experience a customized private or semi-private yoga session, that breaks down the benefits of Yoga, breath work and physical postures, to equip you with all the tools needed to start a regular Yoga practice. Choose from a calm restorative Yoga session or an energized Vinyasa Yoga session. In this one-hour session you will reconnect with your body, mind & soul. You will experience the physical & mental health benefits of this ancient practice as you learn to spiritually connect with your intentions on the mat and ultimately learn to live with peace & purpose.
Yoga Styles Offered
Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is an act of intentional stillness and subtle openings. A restorative practice invites you to let go of stiffness, anxiety, tension, busyness and insomnia. When you integrate the practice into your daily life, it teaches you patience, observance and the profound effects of response versus reaction. Restorative Yoga aims to nurture the parasympathetic nervous system by allowing space for relaxation and rest.
Props + Supports:
You will use supports such as bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps to encourage a natural unfolding that allows you to hold physical space comfortably and without resistance – Space held for you to integrate and process your experiences. Space to greet yourself fully.
Yoga Audience:
A restorative Yoga practice suits everyone, (especially those who don't realize it). The grounding art of the practice offers gentle yet tangible sensations that comfort what is tender and releases what is blocked within.
Intention:
Explore a truly special cultivation of the spaciousness of deliberate rest.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic flowing practice that cultivates breath and movement in a unique and special way to inspire authentic expression and organic release. Vinyasa invites you to discover self through a thoughtfully sequenced flow of postures that carry you from breath-to-breath and movement-to-movement. While in the breeze of your own energy, a lightness overcomes the mind and a level of strength empowers you to find your edge.
Props + Supports:
You will use supports such as blocks and straps to gracefully support transitions into the greater depths of each posture, so you may expand beyond what limits your capacity for growth. Additionally, props promote a natural unfolding that allows you to hold physical space comfortably and without resistance.
Yoga Audience:
A vinyasa Yoga practice suits everyone and offers an opportunity to find intuitive movement and self expression in a safe space for exploration. Modifications can also be adapted for injury and pregnancy.
Intention:
Experience a wavelike endless tide that continuously energizes the body, mind and soul.

Professional Health & Wellness Experience
Erin is an ERYT 200 HR Yoga Teacher, with advanced Vinyasa training and restorative yoga certifications obtained through CorePower Yoga. Erin is also a YACEP, Yoga Alliance Continued Education Provider. Erin is CPR/AED certified and insured. Erin also completed the AFPA holistic nutritionist certification program, with an emphasis on vegetarianism and athletic performance.
